Last year’s National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) included an amendment introduced by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, known as the UAP Disclosure Act of 2023. This act mandated comprehensive government disclosure of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) information and included several notable requirements:

  • Eminent Domain Provision: This provision grants the U.S. Government the right to possess any technology from Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) acquired by the Military-Industrial Complex.
  • Review Panel: A panel consisting of military, scientific, and academic leaders is to review and release all UAP material to the public, provided it does not compromise national security.

The bill passed in the Senate with only 11 votes against it, demonstrating rare bipartisan support. However, when the bill reached the House, key members significantly diluted its language. An attempt by Representative Robert Garcia of California to introduce an amendment to the 2024 NDAA to reinstate the original strong provisions has just been blocked by House republicans.

Government bureaucrats are required to provide UAP material to Congress as soon as possible. The original language had a deadline of October 2023, but the revised law is vague on the exact date. Will we have an October surprise? Will the existence of NHI be confirmed this year? It seems unlikely, as those holding the secrets appear reluctant to disclose the information we eagerly seek. If the government indeed possesses NHI technology and alien beings, as some credible insiders allege, what would that mean for humanity?

Implications of UAP Disclosure

Few have delved into the profound implications of confirmed knowledge of intelligent beings with advanced technology. While many discuss threats to national security, these are distractions compared to other earth-shattering insights. Here are five areas that will experience a quantum shift from our current consensus reality:

  1. Consciousness
  2. Physics
  3. Worldview
  4. Institutional Trust
  5. Geopolitics and Economics

Consciousness

Rarely discussed in the press is the association of mental phenomena with UAP and non-human entities. Many experiencers report telepathic communication with these beings, along with reports of induced paralysis, fear, and amnesia. Alleged insiders claim that these beings’ craft can be controlled through thought and may even be conscious themselves. If true, this would validate psi phenomena and allow us to explore our own psychic abilities.

Physics

One common argument against alien visitors is the impossibility of exceeding the speed of light, making interstellar travel infeasible. However, if we are being visited by extraterrestrial beings, they must have a method to make the trip. Theories such as wormhole travel and warp drives have been proposed, suggesting that our current understanding of physics is far behind. The performance characteristics of these vehicles imply they must create an inertial framework to avoid tremendous g-forces from instantaneous acceleration and turning. Our current knowledge of physics needs a major overhaul.

Worldview

Each of us has a “personal cosmology,” as described by Sean O’Laoire—our internal story of who we are and how we got here, shaped by parents, peers, religious institutions, and life experiences. Many of us consider human intelligence and consciousness to be supreme on Earth, perhaps in the entire universe. Confirmation of intelligent beings interacting with humanity, possessing superior technology and mental abilities, would upend any notion of our preferred status in the universe. This revelation would profoundly affect our consensus worldview and all our social institutions.

Institutional Trust

If it turns out that institutions we trust for truth are either wrong or lying to us about NHI, how will we ever trust government, media, religious institutions, or academia again? This profound betrayal of trust could lead to the collapse of these institutions. What will replace them? Will it lead to societal breakdown? Can we forgive, remediate, and move on? These are open questions.

Geopolitics and Economics

It is surprising that few leading voices of disclosure have considered creating an authoritative international body to collectively control and regulate any new technology arising from disclosure. We need international and open collaboration to reverse-engineer these technologies, bringing research into the public domain. This cannot be left in the hands of the “war pimps,” as Congressman Tim Burchett refers to the Pentagon gatekeepers. No single nation or corporation should exclusively benefit from these technologies. We must plan to transition to new energy sources and transportation technologies, moving away from our current paradigm. With so much invested in the petrodollar and legacy energy, we need to thoughtfully divest to avoid huge economic disruptions.

Prepare the Way

I urge you to educate yourself on the UAP issue. It is incredibly deep, wide, and complex, but we must be informed to choose the right path forward. Reach out to me or others and ask questions. Stay open-minded. Stay skeptical. Ask for evidence and veracity; this topic needs both. Personally, I hope for an October Surprise and am ready for the ride. How about you?
